VICTORY IS OURS…or will be.

We. Have. Lift off.

Your sign up was successful, and you just became an official coaching client. From this moment, I am the Obi-Wan to your Luke, the Glinda to your Dorothy, the Miyagi to your Daniel-san.

So, next steps: within the next couple of hours, you’ll get an email from me with login credentials for your client account in the coaching software I use.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll fill out a lengthy Client Assessment Form, which will collect all the information I need to design you a kick-ass program.

It normally takes me a few days to get a program all written up and ready to go, but in the meantime, I’m available for any and all questions you may have.

Going forward, just about all communication will take place in the software, so everything stays in one place. Makes it easy for both of us.

That said, if you need to shoot me an email, totally cool. (If you haven’t already done so, white label my email, so my messages don’t wind up in spam: and

Cool? Cool.

Some Resources

Now that you’re a client, I want to make the process easier on both of us and make sure that you get the best results possible in the shortest time possible.

To that, important that you have some tools at your disposal to speed us along.

Here’re a few of the necessities.

Food ScaleTracking calories and macronutrients is a key part of what we’re going to be doing, at least for the first few months. If you’ve never done it, it’s a pain in the ass for about two weeks; after that it becomes second nature. As the saying goes, what gets measured gets managed.

Withings Body Fat Scale – One of the metrics I use to create your nutrition plan is your body fat. Along with LBM, it helps me determine your caloric intake. More importantly, knowing your body fat percentage is necessary for measuring progress.  While not 100% accurate, the important thing is that it’s convenient and you can use it every day; as long as things are trending in the right direction, we’re good. (Here’s a less pricey option, as well.)
