VICTORY IS OURS…or will be.
HOLD UP a second, champ.
Your sign up was successful, and you just became an official coaching client. From this moment, I am the Obi-Wan to your Luke, the Glinda to your Dorothy, the Miyagi to your Daniel-san.
Let’s get that started.
FIRST, you’re going to need to create an account in the coaching software I use to keep things organized and pretty.
Once you’re logged in, you’ll fill out a Client Assessment Form, which collects and organizes all the information I need to design you a kick-ass program.
It normally takes me a few days to get a program all written up and ready to go, but in the meantime, I’m available for any and all questions–so just shoot those over to me in the messages feature of the software.
Going forward, just about all communication is through the software, so everything stays in one place. Makes it easy for both of us.
If you need to shoot me an email, totally cool: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Play around with the software and get a feel for it.
Again, you can create your account here.
NEXT UP – I need your mailing info. I’ve partnered with Body Nutrition–one of my favorite supplement companies–to make sure all my people are taken care of.
Meaning: you get free stuff.
All you need to do is fill this out so I’ve got your mailing info for them, and each month, we’ll send you a little care package.
While I design your program, below are a few things you’ll likely need.
Now that you’re a client, I want to make the process easier on both of us and make sure that you get the best results possible in the shortest time possible.
To that, important that you have some tools at your disposal to speed us along.
Here’re a few of the necessities.
Food Scale – Tracking calories and macronutrients is a key part of what we’re going to be doing, at least for the first few months. If you’ve never done it, it’s a pain in the ass for about two weeks; after that, it becomes second nature. As the saying goes, what gets measured gets managed.
Withings Body Fat Scale – One of the metrics I use to create your nutrition plan is your body fat. Along with LBM, it helps me determine your caloric intake. More importantly, knowing your body fat percentage is necessary for measuring progress. While not 100% accurate, the important thing is that it’s convenient and you can use it every day; as long as things are trending in the right direction, we’re good. (Here’s a less pricey option, as well.)
Again, head to your inbox and white label my email(s), so you don’t miss my response:
If you have any other questions in the meantime, or you just don’t hear from me and want to check the status your application, shoot me a DM me on Insta. Also just feel to follow me and slide into my DMs even if you don’t have any questions.
Or just head back into the site to check out some awesome articles.
