Simple High Protein Recipe For Nomz
Well, I’m going to make this brief, because we have important stuff to get to.
You guys know I’ve been learning how to cook.
…okay, I’ve been attempting to learn, anyway. Well, once I got my hands on the Anabolic Cookbook, I went into culinary overdrive. I’ve been cooking nearly EVERY night that I’ve been home. It’s been going pretty well, and I’ve been really enjoying improving.
Since I wanted to show you a bit about the cookbook, and because I know you like watching me make an ass out of myself on video, I decided to film some kitchen shenanigans and share both that AND a recipe with you.
Yes, that’s correct—I have a funny video of me cooking.
Even cooler is that I have a guest star. You know muscle building expert Vince Del Monte? Well, it’s not him. It’s his better looking and funnier younger brother, Mike (or Mikey, as Vince calls him). Technically, I’m not supposed to call him “Vince Del Monte’s younger brother” because that’s what everyone calls him and it apparently annoys him.
Oops.
Anyway, the recipe is great (and easy) and comes directly from the Anabolic Cookbook. Hope you like it!
I hope you enjoyed the video as much as I (we—special thank you to my roommate Jackie) had making it. And for real, the food was super delicious.
Got a recipe for me?
Share it below!
And keep in mind, you can get the Anabolic Cookbook PLUS some sick bonuses, just because I want to hook you guys up!

Hey John, Just wanted to let you know I picked up Dave Ruel's Anabolic cooking and am extremely pleased with my purchase. For me the training portion of building a nice body came easy. It was nutrition that was a pain in the ass. While I always knew how to eat, eating good and enjoying it was a totally different story... I've forced myself to eat bland, boring food just for the sake of building a nice body. Dave Ruel's book was a heaven send. Not only does it make building a nice body A LOT easier, my new found cooking skills are impressing the hell out of a lot of people. Being a good cook and having are two great ways to attract the opposite sex ;) Thanks for the recommendation! IAugust 30, 2010 at 8:22 pm

Roman, That looks AWESOME! Now I'm starving...so I guess I know what I'll be having for dinner tonight. Also...what's up with your hair? It looks like you just rolled out of bed! I guess I'm just used to seeing photos and videos of you with gobs of $200 per bottle hair product giving you a fine lookin' do! Later! ~ PeteAugust 16, 2010 at 3:25 pm

That was awesome. The best quote ever though, "He's married now. You have to let him go." It was actually the funniest part of the video. And just as a side note, I really like the stuff you are doing now. The site looks awesome, the videos are informative and amusing. Just one question though... who has more personal hygiene products in the bathroom, you or Jackie???August 12, 2010 at 9:07 am

@ Glenn - awesome! You're going to really enjoy the cookbook, Dave does a great job making it all so easy. Enjoy the salmon...although I dare say it would--as everything does--taste better after some shenanigans.August 11, 2010 at 11:34 pm

I bought this cookbook through your link yesterday - it looks awesome! I'm making Walnut Crusted Salmon tonight. Yum! I doubt there'll be quite as many kitchen shenanigans as in your vid, however...August 11, 2010 at 10:27 pm
